Shipping

All RAIA orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from Portugal.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Portugal | 2–3 business days · €4.5

Spain | 3–4 business days · €5.5

Europe | 3–7 business days · €12

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To arrange a return, please email raia@raia-cftp.pt with your order number.

Returned items must be:

Unworn and unused.

Returned with all original tags and packaging.

Returned in their original condition.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Size Exchanges

Need a different size?

We're happy to offer one complimentary size exchange, subject to availability.

As each collection is produced in limited quantities, exchanges can only be made while the requested size remains in stock.
