Terms & Conditions

Welcome to RAIA.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products through www.raia-cftp.pt . By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products

Each RAIA piece is produced in limited quantities and finished with hand embroidery crafted in Portugal.

Each flower is individually embroidered by hand in Portugal. As a result, slight variations in shape, stitching and placement may occur. These subtle differences are part of the craftsmanship behind every RAIA piece and should not be considered imperfections.

We make every effort to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

RAIA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

Product unavailability.
Incorrect pricing.
Payment issues.
Suspected fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been processed, any cancelled order will be refunded in full.

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. RAIA does not store payment card details.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping times, delivery information, returns and exchanges are available on our Shipping & Returns page.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. RAIA cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with the conditions described on our Shipping & Returns page.

Returned products must be:

Unworn and unused.
Returned with all original tags and packaging.
Returned in their original condition.

We offer one complimentary size exchange, subject to availability.

Due to our limited production runs, exchanges can only be made while the requested size remains in stock.

Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including photographs, text, graphics, logos, designs and other materials, is the property of RAIA and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

RAIA shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil its obligations where these result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transport delays, customs procedures, natural events or disruptions affecting third-party service providers.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
